Based on the findings of an unannounced onsite hospice Medicare recertification survey conducted 7/14/2021 through 7/16/2021, Hope Hospice, Inc. was found to be in compliance with the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 418.113,Subpart D, Conditions of Participation: Hospice Care-Emergency Preparedness.
